One important thing to remember when designing a website is the "3 P's", Preparation, Preparation and ……………Preparation. Decide early on, after considering the content, what the page style should be i.e. either scrolling or non-scrolling. This decision will be determined by the subject of the website. Some websites suit scrolling and others suit a fixed screen. The MIP² site uses the best of both worlds whereby the main page is non-scrolling and the internal frame, which accounts for more than 50% of the page real estate, known as an Iframe, does scroll.
