that has your copyrightable material being displayed on this website they will
take it off straight away. It is a way basically saying they are just insuring
themselves from potential future lawsuits and court cases.

Every game featured on miniclip.com has the website logo appearing every time before the game begins, this short scene is sequenced and embedded into every game that is featured on the website.

prevention of abuse to the website and newsletters. It states if any action

a lot more efficient for disabled users. From testing the website there is no
Alt Key access (ALT + "Key" Then ENTER). Although there is large navigation
buttons for people who may have slight disability using the mouse, but for smaller
links (i.e. hyperlinks) they would be harder for people who cant precisely use
a mouse due to there disability.
